摘　　要：白腐菌的木质素降解酶系统是胞外非专一性酶,具有独特的生物降解能力。本文以黄孢原毛平革菌的生物学研究现状为基础,总结了近年来国内、外白腐菌的分类和遗传育种的研究进展,并展望了白腐菌在纸浆生物漂白和污染防治方面的巨大潜力。The lignin degradation enzyme system of white-rot fungus is extracellular and unusually nonspecific, which is shown to exhibit unique biodegradation capabilities. This article summarizesd the research of genetics and sorts of white rot fungus, on the base of the biological research of Phanerochaete chrysosporium. What＇s more, the prospect in environmental remediation and the bleaching of pulp by white-rot fungus was also expatiated.
