摘  要:介绍一种强耐水贴标胶的制备方法,考察了助分散剂、交联剂、淀粉以及碱等原料对酪素胶性能的影响。使用季铵盐改性的有机蒙脱土,显著提高酪素胶的耐水性能,其较佳用量为1%~2%。In this paper, the preparation technique and properties of high speed casein labeling adhesive with super water resistant were introduced. The influences of the materials such as assistant-dispersing agent, crosslinking agent, starch and alkali on the performance of the adhesive were investigated. It was concluded that the water resistant performance of the labeling adhesive was significantly improved via casein-[H4N(CH2)15CH3]^+ montmorillonite composite method, as the preferred weight content of montmorillonite was 1%~2%.
