摘 要:采用超滤技术预处理海水,在进水中加入消毒剂次氯酸钠可以控制给水系统里的微生物生长。通过控制其它条件不变的情况下,逐步调节次氯酸钠投加量,考虑产水和运行状况,确定最佳投加量。结果表明适当的加药量会使超滤产水水质得到一定的提高,如SDI值降低0.2~0.7,胶硅的质量浓度降低0.5mg/L,CODMn的质量浓度降低0.7mg/L,pH值有微小上升,而铁的质量浓度上升约12μg/L。过大的NaClO加药量会使得超滤产水水质变差。试验得出,对于试验地区的海水水质,海水中次氯酸钠的投加量为6mg/L较为适中。Using UF technology to pre-treat seawater, the growth of microorganism in feed water system could be controlled by adding NaCIO to the influent water. Under the condition that certain qualifications were not changed, the optimal dosage of NaCIO was determined after adjusting the dosage step by step, as well as considering the quality of outflow and the operation status. The results showed that, proper dosage could improve the quality of effluent water of UF technology, which represented by the following aspects: the SDI value decreased 0.2 - 0.7, the mass concentration of Si and CODM, decreased 0.5 and 0.7 mg/L respectively, the pH value increased a little, the mass concentration of Fe increased about 12 μg/L. The excess dosage of NaCIO would bring down the quality of the effluent water of UF technology. The test indicated that, in view of the quality of the seawater in the testing area, 6 mg/L was considered to be the proper dosage of NaCIO.
