摘 要:[目的]按照GB50325—2001附录E要求,建立空气中挥发性有机物热脱附-气相色谱联用技术测定方法。[方法]采用Tenax—TA吸附管吸附空气中挥发性有机物,经热脱附二级解吸进入气相色谱仪检测。[结果]本研究方法测定空气中挥发性有机物线形范围0.02—5.0μg,最低检出限0.002mg/m^3(采样体积10L计),回收率78%-92%,相对标准偏差2.4%-7.8%。[结论]本研究所建立的空气中总挥发性有机物热脱附-气相色谱联用技术测定方法灵敏度高、操作简便、重现性好、准确可靠,适合环境空气中挥发性有机物的测定。[ Objective ] According to the requirement of the appendix E in GB50325-2001, to develop a method for detecting volatile organic compounds in air using thermal desorption/gas chromatography. [ Methods ] Volatile organic compounds in air were adsorbed by Tenax-TA thermal desorption tubes, and these compounds were detected by second-step thermal desorption/gas chromatography. [ Results ] The linear range of the results using this method is 0.02-5.0 μg, the limit of detection is 0.002mg/m^3, and the recovery is 78%-92%, with the relative standard deviation of 2.4%-7.8%. [ Conclusion ] A method has been established for the detection of volatile organic compounds in air by thermal desorption/gas chromatography. The method is sensitive, simple, reproducibility, accurate and applicable to the characterization of environments containing mixtures of volatile organic compounds.
