摘 要:对两种柚类的茎尖和幼嫩的茎段进行组织培养快速无性繁殖,研究结果表明:不同柚类的培养结果不同,文旦柚的繁殖系数大于蜜柚的,为386.2%;文旦柚不同外植体的培养结果是带腋芽的茎段的繁殖系数大于茎尖,差异达到极显著;茎段在附加激素的基本培养基MS上培养诱导形成不定芽,低浓度的奈乙酸(NAA)和6-苄基嘌昤(6-BA)对外植体的成活率没有显著影响,激素浓度升高则会显著影响外植体的成活率;培养基以MS添加6-BA0.5 mg/L和NAA 0.2 mg/L的培养效果最好,繁殖系数达到407.1%,与其它处理差异达到极显著水平;Citrus grandis cv. Wendanyou and Citrus grandis cv. Miyou were used in the study of Tissue Culture in vitro. The main results were as follows: The shoots induction frequency varied significantly among different genotypes. The optimal explant was stem with axillary buds. Cultural media on adventitious shoots induction were investigated. The results showed that MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best to induce the adventitious shoots, and induction percentage of rapid propagation was 407.1%.
