摘　　要：介绍了高效破乳剂ER1160在中国石油化工股份有限公司塔河分公司新建的150万t/a常压焦化电脱盐装置上的应用情况。结果表明,其脱盐、脱水、污水排放等指标达到了工艺设计要求,有效地解决了塔河原油脱盐难的问题,缓解了加工塔河原油所带来的设备腐蚀问题,尤其是有效地缓解了焦化炉炉管结焦问题,为塔河原油的加工改善了条件,保障了整套装置的安全平稳运行。After the high-efficiency emulsion breaker ERI1160 was applied in the electro-statlc desalter of atmospheric distillation and delayed coking complex in SINOPEC Tahe Petrochemical Company, the desalting rate, dehydration rate and waste water drains met a11 design specifications. The difficult problems of desalting Tahe crude oil has been taelded, and equipment corrosion and coking of coker furnace tubes have been mitigated. These have improved the operating conditions for processing Tahe crude and ensured the reliable operation of the process units.
