摘　　要：目的为我国实施药品专利战略提供参考。方法阐述日本药品专利战略,研究并吸取其成功实施药品专利战略的经验。结果与结论实施药品专利战略是我国制药企业提高国际竞争力的重要途径,制订和实施适合我国国情的药品专利战略势在必行。OBJECTIVE： To provide references for implementing drug patent strategy in China. METHODS： The drug patent strategy in Japan was analyzed and the successful experiences on drug patent strategy were investigated and learned. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： Implementing the patent strategy is an important path for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to be more competitive internationally. It is imperative to establish and implement the drug patent strategy tailored to our own specific situation.
