摘 要:鉴于当前施工项目管理中质量、成本、进度三大目标割裂的现状,基于系统可靠性工程原理,综合考虑质量、成本、进度三大目标之间的相互关系,并将三大目标落实到各个子系统,确定各施工工序子系统的可靠性.考察影响各施工工序的质量、成本、进度三大因子,确定其评分细则,采用专家调查法与熵权法相结合确定三大因子的权重.并将三者视为一串联系统,建立施工工序可靠性计算模型,确定出各施工工序的可靠性.强化了施工项目管理的科学性、系统性和量化性,为运用系统可靠性原理实施工程项目管理奠定了基础,为综合考虑质量、成本、进度三者关系的项目管理可靠性综合控制技术创造了条件.In view of the current situation of the three major goals of quality, costs and progress isolate in the construction project management, and based on the principle of system reliability, the interrelation of quality, costs and progress is synthetically taken into account. By taking the three goals as one series system, a reliability calculation model of working procedure is set up so that the reliability of subsystem is determined and the three goals of quality, costs and progress are implemented in every subsystem. The factors of quality, costs & progress are studied first and the evaluation standards are made. Subsequently, then the expert research method and entropy value method are used to calculate the value of the three factors. The scientific, systematic and measuring of construction project management are strengthened by the calculation method, and the foundation for using the principle of system reliability to implement project management is established. Also it has created condition for realizing the comprehensive control technique of reliability with the synthetical consideration of project quality, costs and progress.
