摘  要:采用湿式氧化法在2 L反应釜中处理某吡虫啉农药生产厂废水,研究温度、压力、均相催化剂种类及用量等对废水COD去除率的影响.结果表明:温度是湿式氧化法处理吡虫啉农药生产废水的最敏感参数,250℃时,COD去除率达到72%,而在150℃时,COD去除率仅为27.6%;适当增加氧分压亦能提高COD去除率,氧化温度190℃时,氧分压从1.2 MPa增加到1.6 MPa,COD去除率从43.7%增加到65.1%;选择的系列均相催化剂显示了较高的催化活性,硝酸铜的催化活性最高,COD去除率达到97.5%.催化剂适宜用量为0.25 kg金属离子/m3废水.Treatment of wastewater from imidacloprid pesticide by wet air oxidation (WAO) was investigated in a 2 liter autoclave. Experiment results showed that up to 72% of the initial COD was removed by wet air oxidation at 250℃. At temperature of 150℃, the removal rate of COD was only 27. 6 %. The removal rate of COD increased from 43.7 % to 65. 1 % with increasing oxygen partial pressure from 1.2 MPa to 1.6 MPa at 190℃. And CuSO4, FeSO4 ,Fe2 (SO4)3 ,Cu(NO3)2,Ce(NO3)3 ,and Fe (NO3)3 exhibited high catalytic activity. The catalytic activity of copper nitrate was the highest among homogeneous catalyst selected and the removal rate of COD was 97.5% at 190℃. Appropriate catalyst loading content was 0. 25kg/m^3 in terms of metal ion concentration.
