摘　　要：从建立安全的联合发布系统出发,研究支持自主安全操作系统上快速构建信息站点以及信息站点的移植和生存技术, 并在基于多级注册授权体系上,设计一种安全的信息站点同步机制,将分数在网络中的信息站点组合成为统一的联合发布体系。Based on a thorough analysis of CMS and RSS, a united information publishing platform is devised in this paper. An automatic platform for constructing website is designed to achieve transform of the information publishing platform of numerous websites from windows to secure operating system, then a multilevel authorization system is constituted to solve the security management of website. Finally, a secure information synchronization mechanism is put forward to realize secure information sharing between wehsites. Using this mechanism, numerous websites dispersing in information network is combined to a united information publishing platform, which is applied to a military integrated information network. The result proves that the platform has achieved the designing goal in which users can access any information with the required fight regardless of the publisher locations.
