摘 要:基于大量实验结果,对动态膜的制备过程进行了深入分析,考虑到制膜时膜孔堵塞因素,提出了更切合实际的动态膜形成过程数学模型,并对该模型进行了实验验证.以1 250目和6 000目的高岭土为动态膜材料,分别在不同的流量、压力和涂膜液浓度下进行涂膜实验,结果表明:当系统常数k0分别取2和10时,实验值与计算值在非稳态和稳态情况下均比较接近.与计算值不同的是,实验中膜通量进入稳态后仍随时间持续下降.Analysis of the formation of dynamic membrane ( DM ) was conducted in details based on a great deal of experiments, a practical model was proposed to characterize the formation process of dynamic membrane. In order to validate the model, the following experiments were done: The effects of cross velocity and transmembrane pressure on the formation process of DM were examined with kaolins of 1 250 mesh and 6 000 mesh as DM materials respectively. The experiment results showed that the experimental values approached the theoretical values in steady state and unsteady state when the system constant of k0 was 2 and 10 respectively. But the difference between the model, and the filtrate flux was existing with time in steadv state.
