摘 要:主要介绍了硅灰石表面改性工艺及流程,通过疏水性、浸润角、吸油率和粘度等指标评价硅灰石的改性效果,优化出最佳的改性工艺条件为:硬脂酸加入量为1.0%~1.2%,搅拌速度为900 r/min时的改性温度为80~120 ℃、改性时间为20~30 min.探讨了硅灰石改性机理,在一定的温度和时间条件下,经过强烈的机械力的作用,硬脂酸首先解离形成羧酸根离子[R-COO]^-,羧酸根离子再与硅灰石表面的活性点产生化学吸附和化学键合作用,使硅灰石表面实现改性.The processing and flow of wollastonite surface effect is evaluated by index , mally modifying technological modifying is introduced. The woUastonite modifying such as hydrophobicity, angle of infilitrate, oil absorption, viscosity etc. The opticonditions is that addition of stearic acid is 1.0% to 1.2%, modifying temperature is 80 to 120 ℃ when mixing speed is 900 r/min, modifying time is 20 to 30 min. The modifying mechanics of wollastonite is studied. On condition that a given temperature and time, by means of heavy mechanics, carboxylic acid ion [ R- COOH]^ - is dissociated by stearic acid firstly, then carboxylic acid ion and active site of wollastonite surface modified the wollastonite surface by chemiadsorption and chemically bonded moiety.
