复方银黄微型灌肠剂及其拆方对发热大鼠的实验研究

摘  要:目的:观察复方银黄微型灌肠剂(compound of Yinhuang micro-enema,YHCE)及其拆方的解热作用,为探讨其作用机制提供实验基础。方法:用酵母混悬液复制发热大鼠模型,用电脑数字式体温计观察YHCE及其拆方灌肠给药后发热大鼠肛温的变化。结果:YHCE高剂量组的解热作用最明显且稳定持久(P<0.01或P<0.05);YHCE拆方后的3个单药也各有一定的解热作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),以黄芩最明显,柴胡次之,金银花最弱,但3个单药的解热作用均小于复方(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:YHCE有明显的解热作用且与剂量相关;YHCE复方的解热效果比拆方好,各单药之间可能有协同解热作用。Objective:To study the antipyretic effect of the compound of Yinhuang micro-enema(YHCE) and its simple recipes. Methods: The animal models were induced by injection yeast hypodermically and observed for the changes of rectal temperature by digital thermometer after coloclysisi YHCE and its simple recipes. Result:The YHCE high-dose group has the most obvious antipyretic effect( P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0.01). The three simple recipes of YHCE have antipyretic effect, too ( P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Among these recipes, antipyretic effect of the baical skullcap root group is the most obvious while the bupleurum chinense group is weaker, the honeysuckle flower group is the weakest, but all the antipyretic effect are weaker than the compound( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion: YHCE has obvious antipyretic effect and but is related to dosage. The compound of YHCE has more obvious antipyretic effect than the simple recipe, and it suggested that the three simple recipes have synergetic effect.
