摘　　要：文中通过对我国《海商法》和相关国际公约中的“海上火灾免责”条款进行比较,找出我国立法之不足,并提出改进的建议。This paper compares the clause of exemption fi＇om marine fire in Maritime Law with international conventions, finds out the deficiency of our countny＇s law and puts forward some advice to improve the problem.
