摘　　要：对中国体育人力资源与体育场地设施资源对体育产业发展的影响进行了分析。结果认为,从一定意义上讲,发展体育产业就是不断开发和利用好各类体育资源的过程。相比而言,我国体育人力资源具有一定优势,而体育场地设施资源则是相对劣势,充分利用好人力资源,解决好体育场地设施的瓶颈制约,是培育和发展我国体育产业过程中不可忽视的关键问题。This paper studies the effect of China sport human resource and sport facility resource on the development of sport industry. The result shows that the development of sport industry is the process to better use all kinds of sport resource. Comparative speaking, the sport human resource has certain advantage, while the sport facility resource is in inferior position in China. Fully use of human resource and solving the bottleneck restrictions of sport facility is the key problem in the course of fostering and developing our sport industry.
