我国艺术体操后备人才身体技术现状及问题剖析

摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、技术图像分析及数理统计等方法对现阶段我国艺术体操后备人才的身体技术水平进行了分析。结果表明,我国艺术体操后备人才的技术水平正向着竞技化和国际化方向发展,但与先进水平国家相比有一定的差距,主要表现在四大类身体难度动作的类型选择上跳步类较高,转体类明显偏低,选择难度类型缺乏多样化;在完成身体难度动作质量上,跳跃技术难度发挥比较稳定,转体是我国少年运动员身体技术的薄弱环节,在各项器械中处于劣势。Through using the method of literature, technical image analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on body technique of young talents in rhythmic gymnastics at present stage in China. The result shows that the technical level of young talents is toward to the direction of competition and internationalization. However, there is certain difference comparing with advanced countries. It mainly focus on four kinds of body difficult movement, more leap steps and less body turning, less diversify in difficult movement selection. The performance of jumping technical movement is comparatively stability when completing the body difficult movement. The body turning is the weak point of our junior gymnasts, which is in disadvantage in each apparatus.
