白苓健脾颗粒合转移因子防治小儿反复呼吸道感染

摘　　要：目的观察白苓健脾颗粒与转移因子合用防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将反复呼吸道感染患儿150例随机分为治疗、对照两组,各75例。治疗组用白苓健脾颗粒合转移因子治疗,对照组单用转移因子治疗。结果治疗组与对照组显效率和总有效率分别为48.0%、26.7%与90.7%、76.0%,两组显效率比较,P<0.01;两组总有效率差异有显著性意义,P<0.05。结论白苓健脾颗粒合转移因子防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效好,临床上值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bailing Jianpi granule integrated with transfer factor in treating children＇s repetitive respiratory infections （RRI）, Methods： 150 cases with RRI were randomly divided into the treatment group （75 cases） and the contrast Ⅰ group （75 cases）, The treatment group were treated by Bailing Jianpi granule integrated with transfer factor, the contrast group by transfer factor only, Results：The statistical value of the effective rates of two groups was P 〈0.01 and the difference had a significant meaning, The statistical value of the total effective rates of two groups was P 〈0.05 and the difference also had a significant meaning, Conclusion：Bailing Jianpi granule integrated with transfer factor is effective in treating children＇s repetitive respiratory infections and worth clinical application extensively.
