摘 要:自我接受评价是一种从学生主体出发,尊重并鼓励学生积极的自我意识,促进学生主体性发展的评价。通过实验与统计分析在大学体育课中实施自我接受评价有利于提高体育教学质量,促进学生身心健康发展有着积极的作用。Self-evaluation Methodology views the students as the principal part of the physical education, respects and encourages the students' self-consciousness, promotes the students' principal role on the evaluation of their performance. By group-comparison and with the relevant data analysis by SPSS, this experimental research on the methodology concludes that the methodology can promote the physical as well as the mental health of the students experimented, and hence improve the quality of physical education on the campus of university.
