节能技术在“东方金座”商住楼围护结构中的应用

摘　　要：建筑节能主要包括2个方面,一是人在日常生活工作中的“主动”节能因素;二是施加在建筑物上的“被动”节能因素,单独强调某一个方面,都很难实现建筑节能的目标。文章通过建造“东方金座”商品住宅楼节能技术应用的介绍,认为提倡及发展建筑节能具有重要的现实意义。Building energy conservation mainly consists of two aspects： one is the ＂active＂ energy saving of people in ordinary life and work, and the other is the ＂passive＂ energy conservation constructed on buildings ; the simple emphasis on either aspect will make it hard to achieve energy conservation. Through introduction to the application of energy conservation technique in the construction of ＂Oriental Golden Estate＂ commercial and residential building ,the article concludes that it＇s of great significance to advocate and develop building energy conservation.
