摘　　要：介绍了某混凝土柱-钢屋架单层工业厂房的检测鉴定与加固,该厂房建于80年代末期,设计图纸已遗失。根据此类建筑的特点,对钢屋架进行了几何形式、截面尺寸、整体构造、挠度、材质、焊接质量、锈蚀等多方面的检测,发现了混凝土柱、钢屋架、填充墙各自存在的问题,并有针对性地进行了加固设计。我国目前仍有大量的同类厂房,当发现问题或需要进行改造时,本文可作为此类工程的参考。This paper introduces the inspection and reinforcement of a single story industrial building with concrete columns and steel roof trusses. The building was build in the end of the eighties, and design drawings were lost. Based on the characteristics of this kind of buildings, the items of inspection consist of geometrical shape, sectional dimension, global construction, deflection, material behavior, welding quality, corrosion, and so on. By the inspection some problems in column, steel roof truss and filler wall were found, then, a design of reinforcement was made. There are a large number of similar buildings in our country, therefore this paper can be used for reference when the similar problems would be found or the renovation would be needed.
