HPLC法测定复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中的地塞米松磷酸钠的含量

摘　　要：目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法 以Eclipse XDB-C18为色谱柱；以甲醇-0．34％磷酸二氢钾溶液（60：40）为流动相，以240m为检测波长，流速为1．0mi／min，柱温为20℃。结果地塞米松磷酸钠在0．4-1．6μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9996，平均回收率为99．2％，RSD为0．5％。结论 该质量标准的研究有效控制了硫酸新霉素滴眼液的质量，方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。Aim An HPLC method was developed to determine the content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate. Methods It was determined on a Eclipse XDB C18 column,using methylalcohol- 0.34% potassium phosphate monobasic solution（60：40） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,and detected at 240nm,The column temperature was 20℃ .Results The linear relation of the peak area was determined as 0.4 -1.6μg by HPLC with a regression coefficient of 0.999 6 and average recovery rate was 99.2 %, RSD 0.5 %. Conclusion The method, simple, efficient and accurate, can be used for determining Compound Neomycin Sulfate Eye Drops.
