应用可调式口腔矫治器治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察可调式口腔矫治器在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)治疗中的疗效。方法对戴用可调式口腔矫治器和戴用普通下颌前移类矫治器各60例OSAS患者进行治疗前、后X线投影测量分析,并结合多导睡眠图监测,对两组疗效进行对比。结果可调式口腔矫治器组患者戴用矫治器感觉舒适并自觉戴用,上气道间隙明显增加,AI、AHI明显降低,SaO2明显升高,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可调式口腔矫治器戴用感觉舒适,明显增加上气道间隙,升高SaO2,降低AI、AHI,疗效显著优于普通下颌前移类矫治器。Objective To observe the therapy effect of the adjustable appliance in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-syndrome（OSAS）. Methods 60 OSAS patients participated in the adjustable appliance group the control group consisted of 60 wearing ordinary mandibular advancing appliance in the corresponding period,with age, weight and AHI. monobind way was designed to obtain and analyze the therapy differences. Results The patients in the adjustable group can be will to wear the appliance and feel well. And AHI .decreased by 85.5 % in the adjustable group , the change in AHI was greater significantly （ P 〈 0.05） in the adjustable group than in the control group. Conclusions The adjustable appliance had been well feel, Improved SaO2,A decreased HI, shown better therapy effect in OSAS patients.
