摘　　要：目的分析体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)原位治疗输尿管结石的综合疗效。方法总结ESWL治疗1458例的临床资料。结果ESWL原位治疗输尿管结石总有效率98.83%,排净率98.0%。结论ESWL目前仍是一种高效、安全、损伤少、负担轻、康复快的治疗方法,可作为原位输尿管结石治疗的第一选择。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL） for ureteral stone. Methods The clinical data of 1458 cases with ureteral stone treated with ESWL were analyzed retrospective. Results The effective rate was 98.83 %, and the total cure rate was 98.0 %. Conclusions ESWL is an effective, safe, less cost, leas pained and less injured method, and can be the first choose for ureteral stone at present.
