摘　　要：目的探讨经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)围置管期病人健康教育。方法制定标准的PICC教育计划;对实施PICC200例病人进行系统、规范的教育。结果本组病例置管成功率98.5%,最长留置480d,导管阻塞8例(4%),局部感染8例(4%),静脉炎6例(3%),无全身感染、导管断裂、导管脱出等其他并发症的发生。结论围置管期病人健康教育是PICC安全留置的重要保障。Objective To discuss the health education to patients with PICC in applying canula period. Methods The systematical and canonical health education was performed in 200 cases with PICC based on the standard PICC education plans, Results The success ratio of intubation was 98.5%. Catheters were detained from 6 days to 480 days. 8 cases （4%） were with pipes jam. 8 cases （4 % ） with localized infection and 6 cases （3 % ） with phlebitis. No other eornplications such as systemic infection, catheter ruptured and catheter prolapsus were founded. Conclusions The health education to patients with PICC in applying canula period was an important factor for PICC indwelled safely.
