摘　　要：目的:探讨等离子刀用于腹腔镜子宫切除术的价值。方法:腹腔镜下分别用超声刀、等离子刀行筋膜内子宫切除术,比较术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、平均住院日。结果:等离子刀组的平均手术时间、术中出血量少于超声刀组(P<0.05)。2组术后肛门排气时间,术后3d最高体温,术后平均住院天数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:等离子刀用于腹腔镜子宫切除术更安全、可靠,值得推广。Objective：To explore the value of plasma knife in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods：The operation time, the blood loss,the average hospitalization and the venting time after operation were retrospectively analyzed in laparoscopic intrafacia hysterectomy with plasma knife and ultrasound knife. Results：The average operation time and the blood loss were less in plasma knife group than in ultrasound knife group （P 〈 0. 05）, whereas the venting time, the highest temperature in the postoperative three days and the average hospitalization were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）.
