摘　　要：目的建立胆清片中黄芩苷的含量测量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(47∶53),检测波长为278nm。结果样品中黄芩苷得到了很好分离,黄芩苷进样量线性范围是0.17～0.85μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.21%,RSD为1.52%。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin contents in Danqing tablets. Methods The contents of baicalin was determinated by HPLC. The samples were separated by C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid （47：53）, wavelength of detection was at 278 nm. Results Baicalin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 17 - 0. 85μ （r=0. 999 8） and the average recovery was 98. 21%, RSD was 1.52%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with good repeatability, it can be used for the quality control of Danqing tablets.
