经尿道电切膀胱颈后唇治疗女性膀胱梗阻分析

摘　　要：目的总结经尿道电切膀胱颈后唇治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的经验。方法联合使用环形及钩形电切袢经尿道电切治疗10例女性膀胱颈梗阻。结果10例均一次电切成功,拔除尿管后排尿通畅,无尿失禁发生,尿频明显改善。1个月后复查除1例残余尿25ml外,其余均无残余尿。结论电切膀胱颈后唇是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的一种全面而有效的治疗方法。Objective To summerize undergone transurethral incision in female bladder outlet obstraction. Methods Transurethral incisions were used with combination of round and hooklike loop in 10 female patients with bladder outlet obstraction. Results All the 10 cases need only one operation,with catheters withdrawn,voiding-swere smoothly,no incontinence were found,and frequency significantly lessened.Only one patient of the volumes of risidual urine was 25ml after one month,the others were normal. Conclusion Transurethral incision is the most optimal therapeutic method for female bladder outlet obstruction.
