洛活喜治疗老年收缩期高血压168例观察

摘　　要：目的观察洛活喜单用及联合吲达帕胺治疗老年收缩期高血压的疗效及依从性。方法洛活喜5mg/d,疗效不佳者加用吲达帕胺2.5mg/d,总疗程4周。结果168例患者中显效80例,有效70例,无效18例,总有效率89.29%。近期观察4周无明显不良反应,远期观察1年,有2例血糖、血尿酸升高。结论洛活喜单用或联合吲达帕胺治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效好,不良反应少。Objective To study the efficacy and acceptability of amlodipine only and amlodipine co-administered with indapamide in elderly systolic hypertension patient. Methods Amlodipine was given 5mg close then to be co-administered if needed with indapamide 2.Smg. All study tablets had to be taken once a day. The study duration was about 4 week. Results Among all the patients,the blood pressure of 80 cases reduced significantly and that of 70 cases reduced,then 18 cases had no effects. The total efficacy rate was 89.29%. There was no adverse effects within 4 weeks. In the long ran ,there were two cases with hyperglycosemia and hyperuricemia after one year. Conclution Amlodipine or that co-administered with indapamide have good effects with few byside effects in treaty elderly systolic hypertension.
