复方鹅不食草冲洗剂在内窥镜鼻窦术后行鼻腔冲洗对鼻腔黏膜愈合时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内窥镜术后用复方鹅不食草冲洗剂行鼻腔冲洗对鼻腔黏膜愈合时间的影响。方法利用对照的方法将100例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者随机分为两组,即治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),治疗组采用鹅不食草加味制成复方鹅不食草鼻腔冲洗剂术后行鼻腔冲洗,对照组术后采用0.9%生理盐水加庆大霉素16万单位和地塞米松5mg冲洗,并对疗效作回顾性分析。结果治疗组在术后症状和体征的改善方面优于对照组,术腔上皮化和黏膜生理功能恢复快于对照组,治愈率高于对照组。结论慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者术后采用复方鹅不食草鼻腔冲洗剂行鼻腔冲洗优于庆大霉素生理盐水冲洗液冲洗鼻腔的方法,缩短了临床疗程,减少了鼻内镜复查次数,提高了治愈率,无毒副作用,值得临床推广。Objective To probe the influence of irrigation of nasal cavity with the Fufang Ebushicao Chongxiji on healing time of nasal mucosal after operation of chronic Uroschesis and rhinopolypus. Methods 100 cases of chronic Uroschesis and rhinopolypus patients were divided into two groups, one group with nasal cavity irrigation （n=50） and one group without（n=50）. Then the therapeutic effects were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cure rate and symptoms of 50 patients with nasal cavity irrigation after operation were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal cavity irrigation with Fufang Ebushicao Chongxiji can not only lessen the suffering of the patients to the minimal extent who undergo Nasal Sinuses Operation under Nasoscope. That raise the first cure rate,but also decrease the adverse reaction, they are well suited for future applications.
