油田开发产能建设项目经济后评价

摘　　要：产能建设项目经济后评价,是对已完成的产能建设项目的目的、实施效果及经济效益进行系统客观的分析。通过评价分析投资项目的主要目标是否达到,找出成败原因,总结经验教训,为提高未来项目的投资决策水平提出建议。文章结合辽河油区开采特征,对产能建设项目的经济后评价的方法、参数和指标体系进行系统研究,为实现国际通行建设项目经济后评价方法与辽河油区产能建设项目后评价个体的有机结合,提高未来产能建设项目决策水平和投资效益,提供参考性意见。The economy post-evaluates on productivity construction is an objective and systemic analysis of the economic benefits and the purpose of finished project.We can confirm whether we may achieve the goals,find the main reason for success or failure,sum up experience by analysing and evaluating.And then some advice on the project decision is given in the future to improve the level of investment and decision.Combined with the exploitation characteristics of LiaoHe oil region,The paper researches the method,parameter and index system of the economy post-evaluates on productivity construction project,provides reference opinion on combining the methods of the post-evaluates used in LiaoHe oil region with those applied commonly in the world,for improving the investment benefits and the level of decision on the productivity construction project.
