摘　　要：文章从时间管理学角度分析图书馆馆长在时间管理方面容易出现的误区,指出图书馆馆长应严格按照第四代时间管理学要求去做,科学合理地使用好时间这个特殊资源,达到事业成就、个人目标双赢。The long-standing incorrect ideas easily arise in the time management from the management science of time for the curator of the library, The article makes an analysis of the time management and points out that the curators of libraries should strictly abide by the management science of time, scientifically and rationally make full use of the special resources of time, so as to obtain two-win results of achieving both the success in enterprise and individual goals.
