摘 要:本试验对2个由60Coγ射线辐照产生的苗期白化突变体W24和W27的叶色转换过程及其稳定性、农艺性状和配合力特征进行了研究。结果表明,2个突变体的叶色突变在不同生长温度下均可表达,叶色特征基本相似。第1~3张叶片在伸出时表现白化,但在随后的生长过程中逐渐转绿,可转绿叶片的面积,第1叶约为40%,第3叶约为90%,第4叶开始表现正常绿色。突变体与亲本2177S的柱头外露率及大多数农艺性状无显著差异,并保持了亲本的育性转换特性和配合力,从而表明,叶色突变性状可作为选择标记,在苗期可排除杂交种子中的自交种子,而对杂交优势表达和制种没有显著的负效应。Two greenable albino mutation lines W24 and W27 induced by 60 Co gamma rays treatment on seeds of a thermosensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) rice c v 2177S were investigated on their usefulness in two line hybrid rice The leaf color of W24 and W27 was similar and could be expressed in different temperature conditions The first three leaves of W24 and W27 were ablinotic at extending, but changed into green after the fourth leaf extended The greenable leaf area were about 40% for the first leaf and 90% for the third leaf No significant differences were detected in morphoagronomic characters and stylar extrusion rate between the mutaion line and 2177S, which suggested that the mutation leaf color may be a useful marker in eliminating contamination of selfed seeds in two line hybrid rice.
