摘　　要：为了提升我国农业产业化龙头企业核心竞争力,需要在推进农业企业化进程、加大政府支持力度、强化龙头企业基本能力及其他现代企业管理方法等方面再作努力.It is necessary to improve the core competence of Chinese leading corporation in agriculture industrialization. Influenced by the basic competence and direct factors, agriculture industrialization is short of the core competence. To improve the core competence of the leading Corporation in agriculture industrialization, it needs to push agriculture to be managed with the way of agriculture corporation, to inforce government support, to strengthen the basic competence of leading corporations and to carry out the methods of modern corporation management, etc.
