摘　　要：王学萌,邢丽萍,郭常莲,聂宏声。晋西黄土丘陵区生态农业总体规划研究。生态农业研究,1996,4(3):38～42。 生态农业建设是一项多因素、多层次、多目标的复杂的系统工程。遵循生态经济学原理,以晋西黄土丘陵区为一个大系统,坚持经济、生态、社会三者效益相结合,采用目标规划的模型,对该区生态农业建设进行了总体规划,为有关部门决策提供了科学依据。The eco-agricultural construction is a complex systems engineering with multi-factors, multi-layers and multi-targets.By adopting target programming model,combining economic, social and ecological benefits,comprehensive ecoagricultural programming was carried out in accordance with eco-economic theory and by taking the whole area of the hilly loess region of West Shanxi as a large system.This work provided scientific basis for policies formulating for the relevant government departments.
