摘　　要：阐述了数字同步网作为业务支撑网的重要性,结合河南省数字同步网现状,介绍了河南省数字同步网的组织结构、工作原理、定时基准的分配及维护。This article explained the basic concept of the digital synchronous network, and elaborated the importance of the digital synchronous network as the service supporting networks. With the Henan Province digital synchronous network present situation, it also introduced the organization and working principle of it, as well as timing resource assignment and maintenance.
