摘 要:采用流动注射技术,以邻苯二酚在一定的浓度范围内与luminol-KIO4化学发光强度的降低值呈线性关系为基础,建立了一种快速测定皮克级邻苯二酚的新方法。测定线性范围为0.3-100.0pg·mL^-1,检出限为0.15Pg·mL^-1,RSD小于3.35%(n=5)。该法简单快速,灵敏度高,成功用于模拟水样度人体血清中邻苯二酚的测定,回收率为84.0%-118.0%。Aim A flow injection inhibitory chemiluminescence from luminol-KIO4 for the determation of catechol is presented. It was found that the decrement of CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of catechol. The decrement of CL intensity was linear over the concentration of catechol ranging from 0.3 to 100 pg·mL^-1, the detection limit was 0.15 pg·mL^-1 with a relative standard deviation of less than 5.0% ( n = 5). This method has been applied for the determination of catechol in water sample and human serum. The proposed method offers advantages of simplicity, high sensitivity for the determination of catechol.
