利用高校体育对学生进行心理健康教育的实验研究

摘  要:针对高校大学生心理健康现状,利用高校体育教学的特点,在不打乱原有教学计划的基础上专门设计了体育心理健康教学的实验方案,实验结果显示实验班的学生在强迫因子、人际关系因子、抑郁因子、敌对因子、焦虑因子的得分上比实验前有显著性下降。表明经过教师精心专门设计的体育心理健康教学方法能够有效改善大学生的心理健康状况,其效果明显高于一般的体育教学。In advantage of the characteristics of physical education, an experimental scheme of physical education psychological teaching is specially designed and tested based on the psychological health circumstance of colleges and universifies students , not disturbing the original teaching program. The result shows that the store of experiment class students has an obviously decline in divisors of enforcement, personal relationship, depression, hostility and anxiety. It suggests that the means of the physical education psychological teaching that is designed technically and specially can improve efficiently the psychological state of college students, obviously better than the general physical education teaching.
