摘  要:目的:探讨一套详实的入院护理评估方案并评价其对胃癌合并糖尿病患者术后早期肠内营养的意义。方法:将36例胃癌合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组入院评估应用现行的手术科室入院评估表;实验组在前者基础上另附一份糖尿病患者心理、生理、社会评估表,观察比较两组患者术后肠内营养期间不适发生频率及护理质量。结果:两组患者均能如期完成术后早期肠内营养, 但实验组肠内营养期间不适的发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:为了保证胃癌合并糖尿病患者术后早期肠内营养的效果,最大程度地降低糖代谢紊乱的发生,有关糖尿病方面的评估内容应包含于手术科室入院评估表。Objective: To investigate a thorough project of admitting nursing evaluation and appraise its meaning to inpatients of stomach cancer complicated with diabetes in early enteral nutrition after operation. Methods: 36 case of stomach cancer complicated with diabetes were randomly subdivided into two group. 20 inpatients of the contral group was evaluated by present project of admitring nursing evaluation, while 16 inpatients of the experiment group was evalutated by a new project adding evaluation of diabetes based on the former. Compared the discomfort frequency and nursing quality during the ealy enteral nutrition. Results: Both the groups completed the early enteral nutrition after operation on scheduled. While the discomfort frequency happened in the experiment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: The evaluation of diabetes should be included in admitting nursing evaluation' s project.
