论现代工业工程技术与先进制造模式的关系

摘　　要：针对传统制造系统注重应用制造技术而忽视推广制造模式的问题,考虑到工业工程作为制造系统不可缺少的一项综合技术,有必要探讨工业工程与制造模式的关系。总结了15种制造模式的原理与特征;归纳了工业工程的15项常用技术;分析了工业工程技术与各种制造模式的联系;说明现代工业工程和先进制造模式的关系是相辅相成、共同促进的。In view of the problem of paying attention to the application of manufacturing technology, and ignoring to popularize the application of manufacturing mode in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, considering industrial engineering as a indispensable and comprehensive technology of manufacturing system, it is necessary to probe into the relationship between industrial engineering and manufacturing mode. The paper has summaried principles and characteristics of 15 kinds of manufacturing mode and 15 kinds of industrial engineering technology, analyzed the connection between industrial engineering technology and various kinds of manufacturing mode, and showed that modern industrial engineering and advanced manufacturing mode are supplement ary to each other and combined promotion.
