摘 要:定量化和智能化工艺设计是CAPP发展的主要趋势。综合了已有的有效工艺知识表达方法,基于Unigraphics的知识融合模块UG/KF(Knowledge fusion),提出以基于规则的面向对象表示方法(主要是Intent!语言)和基于规则的过程表示(jess,java expert system shell)为基础,以开放式知识库连接协议(OKBC,open knowledge base connection)为核心模型的工艺知识表达方法和工艺知识推理机制;将工艺本体库、工艺规则库和工艺实例库融为一体;讨论了PBOM,工艺模板与3D几何实体三者之间的组织和关联方法。最后给出了原型系统的实现方法。The trends of the development ot CAPP are toward the quantitative and intelligent process design. Utilizing the existing effective representation method of process knowledge, the paper presents a novel representation method of process design and reference mechanism based on Knowledge Fusion (KF) module in Unigraphics. It takes the Open Knowledge Base Connection (OKBC) protocol as the core model based rulebased object- oriented and process representation method. Additionally, the process ontology bases, rule bases and case bases are integrated. The organization and correlation among the Process Bill of Materials (PBOM), the process templates and the 3D instances are discussed as well. Finally, the prototype system is implemented.
