摘　　要：以飞机机轮炭/炭复合材料刹车盘磨削加工为例,分析了炭/炭粉尘的产生和粉尘特性。针对炭/炭粉尘的特性,除尘设备采用了LGZ联合除尘机组,过滤材料采用覆膜涤纶常温滤料,对除尘机组和过滤材料性能作了介绍和分析,几年来,通过对除尘效果的观察、分析,结果表明,该方案基本上能够满足生产要求,通过除尘机组排出的净化空气,符合国家环保标准。The formation and characteristics of dust in the carbon-carbon composite processing was investigated by taking the example of grinding carbon-carbon composite brake disk. According to the characteristics of the dust, LGZ combined dedusting equipments were selected and normal temperature filter material of terylen rectorial membrane was chosen. The performance of dedusting equipments and filter materials were introduced. Though several years＇ working, this program can meet the need of production and the air excluded through dedusting equipments can reach the national environmental protection standard.
