摘 要:采用形态观察和描述方法,结合RAPD分子标记技术,对山茶花(Cam ellia japonicaL.)3个栽培变异新品种“华美红”、“花绯爪芙蓉”和“玉丹”的形态特征和遗传差异进行了分析,并与其相应的原品种“美国大红”、“绯爪芙蓉”和“粉丹”进行了比较.结果表明,3个山茶花变异品种在形态特征上,特别是在花型、花色上与原品种具有显著的差别,并且后代性状表现稳定.在RAPD扩增中,筛选出了3个有效引物,共扩增出29条带,其中15条具有多态性,特别是引物S1和S4,其多态性带对于每个品种都有差异,能较好地说明变异品种与原品种间的遗传关系.Three new mutational varieties of Camellia japonica L. , "China-America Hong", "Hua Feizhua Furong" and "Yudan", were studied in morphologic traits and genetic diversity, by means of morphologic observation and description combining RAPD technology, and compared with their original varieties, "American Dahong", "Feizhua Furong", "Fendan". The results showed that each mutational variety was distinct from its original one in morphologic traits, especially in flower, and these traits were steady in the offspring; three valid arbitrary primers were screened oat for RAPD amplification, and of the total 29 HAPD bands, 15 were polymorphie including primer S1 and S4 whose polymorphic bonds were all different in each varieties, so that it could well tell the genetic relationship between the mutational and the original varieties.
