胀亡初级精母细胞的形态观察及测量

摘　　要：目的研究患者精液中胀亡初级精母细胞的各种形态及变化规律。方法采用瑞-姬氏染色,于光镜油镜下对生精细胞及胀亡生精细胞进行观察、摄像及测量。结果1．初级精母细胞与胀亡初级精母细胞(无核胀出型)胞体直径与胞核直径的比值明显缩小；2．胀亡初级精母细胞可表现出一系列的形态学变化：(1)细胞核肿胀明显,几乎占满整个胞体；(2)细胞核肿胀伴细胞核染色质溶解；(3)细胞核膨胀,使胞核胀出于胞体外：(4)由于胞核膨胀,使胞膜上胀出泡状物；(5)部分胀亡细胞核不膨胀,但胞质内含大量空泡,使胞体胀大；(6)细胞核肿胀、溶解,并出现细胞膜破坏、崩解。结论应用光学显微镜在瑞-姬氏染色下检查胀亡生精细胞,其细胞结构清晰、可靠,该方法简单、实用,并完全可以用于临床患者的检验和研究,是理想的检测胀亡生精细胞的方法。Objective To study the various morphological changes and regularities in oncotic primary sperrnatocytes from patient＇s semen. Methods Adopting the method of Wright＇s-Giemsa＇staining using the microscope in the oil objective for observing, photographing and measuring primary sperrnatocytes and oncotic primary sperrnatocytes. Results 1. The cell and nucleus diameter ratio of primary spermatoctye and onotic primary spermatocyte （non-bulge- out of nuclear） obviously shrinked; 2. Oncotic primary spermatocytes can exhibit a series of morphologic changes： （1） Cell nucleus swelled obviously, and almost fill the whole cell body; （2）The cell nucleus swelled together with chromatin dissolving; （3）Cell nucleus bulge, and the nucleus burst out of the cell body; （4）Due to the cell nucleus swelling ,some bubble-like substance appear on the cellular membrane; （5）Some oncotic nucleus does not bulge, the cytoplast contain a great deal of vacuole, making the cell body bulged bigger; （6）When the cell nucleus swell, dissolve, cell membrane became forth breakage and collapse. Conclusion While adopting the optical microscope on the Wright＇s-Giemsa＇s staining to examine oncotic spermatogenic cell, the cell structure is clear, reliable. The method is simple, Practical, and can be used for the examination and research of the clinical patients completely. It is a perfect method of examining oncotic spermatogenic cell.
