耐盐草坪草品种在不同盐胁迫模式下的生理变化分析

摘　　要：为筛选适合天津盐碱地种植的草坪草种,引进了17个品种,经田间适应性实验,初选出无芒雀麦、交战Ⅱ、翠碧A、小野马、回报等5个品种,分别研究了在天津盐碱土浸提液和不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫下,各品种脯氨酸含量和叶绿素含量的变化及其与抗盐性之间的关系.结果表明,抗盐碱能力大小依次为:无芒雀麦、回报、交战Ⅱ、小野马、翠碧A。To select salt and alkali resistance turf-grass species, there introduced 17 species for field experiment. Under conditions of saline-alkali soil extract and different NaCl concentration, five species were selected for proline and chlorophyll contents changes research and relationship between these contents and salt resistance. The results indicated that, there was diversity between each grass, for resistant capability of salinity and alkalinity, from high to low was ： Smooth bromegrass, Reward, Crossfire Ⅱ , Mini mustang, Triple A.
