摘 要:乐滩工程为低水头、大流量水电站,总装机容量600 MW。坝轴线全长586.3 m。挡水厂房最大高度82.62m。水电站枢纽是一个复杂的系统工程,设计根据工程地质、水文气象特征、施工导流及其他控制要素的基础上,紧密结合各主要建筑物的功能与特点进行枢纽总体布置。溢流堰面采用台阶式结构,高低戽结合消能,满足溢流坝单宽泄洪量大的特点;主河槽溢流坝采用全断面碾压混凝土、变态混凝土创新技术加快施工进度;安装间左边墙与船闸右闸墙相结合以及厂房机组段间进行并缝灌浆满足厂房稳定、应力要求,并缩短坝轴线长度14 m等,从而使整个枢纽布置紧凑、合理、新颖,体现了低水头、大流量、河床式水电站特有的风格和独特的创意。Letan hydropower station is a low head and large discharge one with a total installed capacity of 600MW. The axial line of dam is 586.3m long in total. The max height of water-retaining power house is 82. 62m. Hydropower station pivotal project is a complicated system one. Based on engineering geology, hydrometeorological characteristics, construction diversion and other control factors, the design fully combined the functions and characteristics of each main structure to carry out the general layout of the hydropower complex. Terraced structure and energy dissipation combining high bucket and low one are adopted for the surface of overflow weir, which meets the characteristic that overflow discharge per unit width is large; full-face RCC is adopted for the overflow dam of main channel and innovation technology on distorted concrete quickens construction progress; it makes the power house firm, meets stress requirements, shorten the length of dam's axial line by 14m etc. that the left wall of erection bay is combined with the right gate wall of ship lock and longitudinal joint grouting is carried out among each unit section of powerhouse. All above make the general layout of the complex compact, rational and novel, and show the idiosyncrasy and the unique creative idea of the power station in river channel with low head and large discharge.
