摘　　要：乐滩水电站为河床式挡水厂房,总装机容量600 MW,船闸规模为250 t级。设计紧密结合工程实际,以新的理念和思路,全面开展技术创新和设计优化,优化设计达35项,从而使设计既具新意,又具特色。优化设计提高了工程的科技含量,加快了施工进度,节约了大量工程量和投资,优化设计并已实施的30个项目中,减少主体工程开挖量145.68万m3,混凝土量35.56万m3,节约工程投资约1.37亿元。实现了2004年4月左岸一期工程下闸挡水的关键性目标,并为实现3年首台机组投产发电、2005年底4台机组并网发电的大目标奠定了基础。在红水河大流量、低水头水电站工程设计中,谱写了新的篇章。Letan hydropower station is river bed type water-retaining power house with a total installed capacity of 600MW and 250t navigation lock scale. Closely combining the project practice, technique innovation and design optimization are developed fully in the design with new theories, ideas and thoughts. Among them the optimization design reaches 35 items, which make the design not only have new ideas but unique features. The optimization design adds more technical and scientific content to the project, quickens the construction progress, saves a large quantity of engineering quantity and investment. In the more than 30 items having been carried on optimization design and carried out, the main body of project has reduced 1,456,800m^3 excavation quantities and 355,600 concrete quantities, and saved about RMB 137,000,000. The key goal that Phase Ⅰ of the project in left bank should operate in April, 2004 was realized, which layed a foundation for realizing great goals that the first unit should be put into operation in 3 years and 4 units should be connected to power grid. A new page is added in the design of hydropower station project on Hongshui river with large discharge and low head.
