摘　　要：乐滩水电站工程监理采取三方联合合作监理的方式,在西北咨询公司的统一组织管理和协调下,充分发挥各专业监理的优势,职责分明,各司其职,团结协作,通过规范化项目管理、控制,确保了工程质量和工程施工进度的顺利进行。所采取的工作程序、方法的经验总结和取得的成效,为合作制工程监理的管理提供了宝贵经验。The way for three parties to join in the project supervision is adopted for Letan hydropower station. Under the unified organization and management and coordination of Northwest Company, the advantage of major supervision is brought into play fully; the responsibility of each party is clear; they are responsible for their own work, but unite to cooperate with one another. By normalization project management and control, the project quality and the project construction progress are ensured. The experience on work process and method adopted and the effect achieved are summarized up based on the project, which provides valuable experience for the management of project cooperative supervision.
