摘 要:乐滩水电站主体多为混凝土结构,参建各方认真进行混凝土原材料设计及质量控制:经优化配合比同级配混凝土单方胶材总量小于三峡工程;实施中根据原材料变化适时调整配合比,并严格混凝土生产工艺控制,注重模板设计及控制制安质量,使用高性能混凝土。使得常态混凝土全面达到设计及规范要求,生产管理水平良好;RCC钻芯取样各项性能达到或超过设计标准;外观质量达到同行业优良水平。The main body of Letan hydropower station is composed of concrete structure. All of the construction participants design the concrete raw material and control the quality carefully. The total quantity of the gelling material is smaller than the Three Gorges project after optimizing mix proportion. In the implementation, adjust the mix proportion timely according to the raw material change, strictly control the concrete production craft, pay attention to the template design, control the quality of manufacture and installation, and use high performance concrete to make the normal concrete meet the requests of design and regulation. The manufacture and management level is high. Each sampling performance to the core boring of roller compacted concrete reaches or surpasses the design standard and the quality of appearance reaches fine level in the same field.
