舒肝宁联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)及抗肝纤维化的有效方法。方法采用舒肝宁注射液联合促肝细胞生长素(pHGF)静脉滴注治疗CHB患者76例(治疗组),并与单用pHGF治疗60例(对照组)进行疗效比较;观察两组治疗前后肝功能(TBil、ALT、AST、ALB)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)等指标变化情况。结果治疗后所有病例临床症状均有不同程度的改善,肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标均明显降低,其中治疗组临床症状及肝功能改善明显优于对照组(P均<0.01),但两组血清肝纤维化指标变化比较差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。结论舒肝宁注射液联合pHGF治疗CHB有较好的效果,但舒肝宁注射液对肝纤维化的作用不明显。Objective To identify the effective therapies for chronic hepatitis B （CHB） and hepatic fibrosis. Methods 76 patients with CHB, the treatment group, were given Shuganning injections combined with hepatocyte growth - promoting factor （pHGF）, and compared the efficacy with the control group （ n = 60） which received only pHGF. Before and after treatment in these two groups, the parameters of liver function （TBil, ALT, AST, ALB） and serum type Ⅲ precollagen （PCⅢ）, hyaluronic acid （HA）, type Ⅳ collagen （Ⅳ -C） were observed. Results After treatment the clinical symptom of all patients were relieved in different degrees. Decreased parameters of liver function and hepatic fibrosis were found. By comparison to the control group, symptom release and improved liver function were better in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.01） ; but there were no statistically significant differences in the changes of serum hepatic fibrosis （all P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Shuganning injections combined with pHGF is more effective to CHB, and pHGF has better impact on anti - hepatic fibrosis but not Shuganning injections.
