摘　　要：建立思想道德的长效机制、反腐倡廉的制度体系、权力运行的监控机制,以构建完善的惩治和预防腐败的体系,是当前反腐工作的重点。为此,必须在权力主体主观上构筑“不想腐败”的思想防线,在权力运行机制上构筑“不能腐败”的法制防线,在权力内外环境上构筑“不便腐败”的监督防线,构筑“不应腐败”的心理屏障、“不必腐败”的动机屏障、“不该腐败”的道德屏障等八大屏障。The key points anti-corruption at the present are to set up the long-term action mechanism in the field of morality and ideology, the system of anti-corruption and supervision of administration official duties performance in order to perfect the protective system to punish corruption. It is, therefore, that the ideological defense line in power, which ＂the officials don＇t want to involve corruption＂ and the law awareness defense line that ＂the officials can＇t accept the corruption＂ in their official duties and the supervision defense line should be practiced that ＂it is not easy to involve corruption＂ in the course of performing their official duties. Thus the eight protection screens that against corruption such as the psychological protection screen that ＂the corruption shouldn＇t be accepted＂, the motivation screen that ＂it should be unnecessary to accept corruption＂ and the moral screen that ＂the officials shouldn＇t take part in corruption＂.
